The food which is being served here is actually not acceptable at all. When I went to return the food I was encountered by an extremely rude manger. The manager was very defensive, was encouraging me to try and hold other pieces of food to prove that the temperature was correct. When I asked for the customer service details she said you can Google them and Google the store number. The music is far to loud in the store so you then you told that your speaking to low. A place to avoid. I tried it and now have to agree will the comments below.

I never do reviews but I have to say that this place had the worst pasta I have ever had in my life, it was so bad that I took a few bites and had to leave it, the pasta was terrible quality almost became like mush with thick pieces of chewy meat in it.Pasta is one of those things that I say if you get it wrong you shouldn’t cook cause it’s easy...they got it so wrong.

Horrendous wait; one server who clearly didn’t know what he was doing; there are staff around but they only came up once it became obvious the queue was becoming too long. I was given a salmon and egg box without the eggs; I asked for the eggs to be added so they added two overcooked and cold eggs to my breakfast. No apology. Go figure.

What a great place to eat for vegans and meat eaters alike. We visited the Victoria Poke Island yesterday evening for a quick bite and were made to feel so welcome. The gentleman who served us was so helpful, and a truly great asset to the company. We were even able to charge our phone whilst there. Thanks for the delicious food and service, keep up the good work
